Turmeric has been known to give a lot of benefits for our body and brain. It is considered as one of the most effective nutritional supplement in existence. I personally have been drinking and using turmeric in many different ways and have been reaping the benefits of it over the years. But just recently, I found out about this new supplement that combines two powerful ingredients and is said to give users additional power to combat stress.

They say that there is always something new in Davao City, if it wasn’t about the destination, it must be the food. That is why on my nth return to this wonderful city down south, I decided to continue my food journey and have a taste of some the dishes notable restaurants has to offer.
And because I am on a no Chicken and Beef diet on this trip, I decided to stroll around and look for other places to eat. A friend of mine and fellow blogger, Duane Bacon, who currently resides in Davao City toured me around and brought me to some of the must try restaurants in the City. Just a note, I was only able to try a few and not all in the lists (as of the moment) are fully vegan but will do my best to add update the list soon enough on my return.

Vegan friends would definitely be happy to know that the famous Israeli snack is here in Manila. Opening a branch in Greenbelt 3, Falafel Yo! is the newest foodie section in town for discerning palates who wants to enjoy traditional Israeli cuisine. Falafel Yo! offers fresh, authentic, healthy, and delicious falafel.
Falafel plays an iconic role in Israeli cuisine and is widely considered to be the national dish of the country. It is a popular street food made with mashed chickpeas (or garbanzo beans), parsley, coriander, garlic, and other Mediterranean spices.
The province of Tarlac is known to be as the melting pot of the north. And there are a lot of establishments, restaurants and places to visit in this city. One of the most recommended restaurant that you should visit if ever you’ll be passing by is the Good Earth Garden Cafe.
Preparing organic food has been a long time advocacy of Ms. Rowena. The crops are organically grown, planted without the use of chemical fertilizers and harvested without forcing it to be ripen. The City Government of Tarlac City supports Good Earth garden Cafe along with the other establishments in the city who practice the same advocacy.
