How Psyllium husk can help our Inner Health

Having that great feeling of wellness and good general appearance do not only depends on what you put on the outside, but what you intake also take a great part of your overall well being.

Diet, physical activity and lifestyle choices in general are just some of the factors that influence our inner health. Thus what you do or take always do have an adverse effect to you body.

With its multitude of health benefits, fiber is indeed vital to a person’s diet. Tointroduce Psyllium fiber into your system, simply mix one sachet or 1 tablespoon of C-Lium Fibre in its husk form with half a glass of water or your favorite beverage. Take another glass of water immediately after. If in capsule form, take five C-Lium Fibre capsules twice a day. Drink a full glass of water after taking the capsules. It is recommended to take C-Lium Fibre 30 minutes before meals. Regular daily intake is also recommended.
