Before even serving our food, the waiters in the Bai Nian Tang Bao already setup a set of chopsticks and straw in our table. Chopsticks of course is a no brainer, but my first thought about the straw was for it to be used in our drinks. But I already have a straw on my drink. Now where could we probably use it.
How do I qualify an authentic Japanese dishes, even I wasn’t able to visit Japan yet? Well, I would probably depend on what the experts has to say, that is, not just the usual chefs rather the Japanese themselves.
And speaking of authenticity, Isaribi Japanese Restaurant makes it to my list. The newly opened restaurant not just embodied the authenticity into their food but as well as to their interior. And I personally felt transported to a local Japanese store just by looking at the façade.
