At Heaven & Eggs (H&E), this comes in golden yolks, fluffy egg whites and me, humming while I eat it. Originally, the restaurant’s interiors combined ivory and azure hues – creating an ethereal feel. The sole (get it? “soul?”) branch of Heaven and Eggs at Glorietta 4 however, has a pop culture angle – Framed Beatles posters flank Warhol-inspired portraits of Madonna. While visually pleasing, I felt a slight disconnect with the restaurant’s theme.
