On it’s 10th Anniversary, UNTV 37 officially commenced the making of the new broadcast centre building that will provide bigger, better and broader public service to our fellowmen. Mr. Public Service Kuya Daniel Razon leads the UNTV 37 groundbreaking ceremony of the UNTV Broadcast Center this morning of June 26, 2014 located stone-thrown away from the existing UNTV Building in Phil-Am Homes, Diliman, Quezon City.
The Philippines largest internationally owned and operated hotel brand – Tune Hotels – has continued its impressive expansion in the country with the opening of the 200-room Tune Hotel Aseana City.
Located in the center of the Aseana City in Paranaque, the property is the ninth Tune Hotels to open in the Philippines in the last two years after Angeles City, Ermita, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan De Oro, Quezon City and Ortigas.
Started in year 2005, Francis Magalona Clothing Company was one of the first patriotic brands established here in the Philippines.
I got a chance to meet the owners of the brand, friends Carlo Maniquiz, Itoy Villajin, Willy Velasquez with the late Francis Magalona form as the founders of 3 Stars and a Sun.
According to Carlo, the idea of putting-up the brand came up with the suggestion of Francis Magalona, who in that time was wearing a foreign brand, to why not create a local brand instead of supporting foreign company. It was just timely that on the same year, Francis Magalona was already pushing for the “makabayan” campaign thru his music.
Located at Binan, Laguna, Splash Island Waterpark is considered as one of the largest water parks in the Philippines. Compose of 9 different park rides, it also got the longest slides in the country. Entrance fee costs Php 350 on weekdays and changes a bit higher on weekends. The entrance fee would include you to try all the 9 park rides but if thou decided to add more enjoyment, you can also try the other amenities like the Zip line (Php 300), Wall Climbing (Php 200), Kayaking (Php 200), Mini Golf (Php 300) or pay a total of 1000 if you want to try everything.

There’s a lot of choices you can find here and up to date fashionable items too, you can also haggle down prices and would be an advantage if you were good at it. Thou sometimes layering could be a pain especially in the kind of weather we are having here in the Philippines. That is why picking the right shirt should always be kept in mind.
