With the entire Luzon under ‘enhanced community quarantine’ due to the rapid spike in COVID-19 cases in the country, more stringent rules are now being imposed on the public to help contain the spread of the disease. Among these are the suspension of all manner of public transportation and the strict implementation of home quarantine, both of which restrict mobility.
