It was my third year in a row of attending Lubao International Balloon and Music Festival or Lubao IBMF for short. And for the record, each experience I had was really different. I guess there are just a lot of activities to do each year that I never get tired of coming back.
The balloon flight in the morning could be a sight but it isn’t just the thing you should be looking forward to each year.
It was like living in a luxurious village or a place where you could be sharing food next to a Hollywood celebrity, that is how I was imagining myself when I was able to stay at one of the Pradera Verde Villas just recently. Painted in off-white colors, these country style villas pops out in the greeneries of Pradera Verde.
Pardon to all Golfers but I always thought this sport as the most boring one. That I didn’t even bother to try it first before judging. But my idea about golf changes just recently when I visited Pradera Verde Golf and Country Club as I step foot at the green grass and hit my first ball out through the clouds.
They say that Wakeboarding is like riding a bike, once you get the hang of it, you’ll be able to drive it perfectly.
I still remember how my first wake boarding experience had happen. It was a year when only a handful wake parks operates in Manila and nearby provinces, and I was only able to experience it when I visited Cebu. It was a view of Lubao, Pampanga in a different angle. With dusty blue sky, the horizon was given more life by the different shapes, colors and sizes of hot air balloons. Never had I imagined that I would be able to fly and ride this, and yet I did, and the experience is near to magical!
