I’ve been pushing my self to get fit since the time I’ve remembered. But the problem with me sometimes is I easily feel the word “sawa” in most of the activities. The result, after a while of continuous exercise, I tend to let it go and stop. Then wait for me to be inspired again and go back. It’s a routine I’ve been into since then. But things should change and I need to find that right activity that will energise me while having fun without the stress of doing something I don’t like. And I think I found what I’m really looking for.
