Pseudo Laser, LED infused dresses, Monogram prints and a lot more! This is how the 40-piece collection by the notable fashion designer, Francis Libiran was showcased as part of the weeklong celebration of Century City Mall’s grand launch, which was officially inaugurated last March 24. The recently opened five -level lifestyle center was the main inspiration of the collection.
