Mesa has been one of their favorite restaurants here in manila that serves all authentic Filipino cuisine. Knowing that Pampanga as one of the Philippines’ culinary capitals, putting up a restaurant here could be a bit difficult in terms of catering the taste buds of the market. But this didn’t impede their decision to continue; they overcome their fears just in the first week of their opening. The sales went up just within a month of their operations.
