It is a well-known fact that our body cannot produce the much-needed Vitamin C. Vitamin C (also known as ascorbic acid) is mostly found in vegetables and fruits. Taking it helps improve the body’s immune system and maintains the connective tissues on our body that includes bones, blood vessels and even skin.
People who don’t like eating fruits and vegetables sometimes lack the necessary Vitamin C needed by the body, thus comes the supplements. Vitamin C supplements come in different forms and can be taken by mouth or by injections. But even though taking Vitamin C is safe, not all variants are suitable to everybody.
