The shuttle services is absolutely free, but the thing is, New Port City Shuttle Services is only limited for Resorts World Manila (RMW) members holding Platinum Cards, or RMW members holding Entry Ride Vouchers in their name. So, if your a frequent traveller to this ‘City’ I highly suggest for you to get a card at RWM for a very minimal price.
