Quezon City, PHILIPPINES – (12 October 2015) The Ang Dating Daan Chorale from the Members Church of God International (MCGI) bagged a Guinness World Record title, “Largest Gospel Choir,” on Monday night (October 12) at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City.
That’s not me. (Wishing it was!) That is a goal long overdue. But just to give credit, this is a portion of the body of Brazilian Model Marcio Camargos (now google it!), which I’m pegging. I have been wanting that hard and toned abs ever since I’ve been aware of its existence. I never had that in my life and I’ve been trying to have it but its really difficult to achieve. Kudos to those who are really work hard for it. It is really a combination of hardwork, lots of perspiration and food-in take control (which is the most difficult part for me) Not unless your genes has it, everything would be easier.

Eight hours or more per day, 5 days a week – this is probably your regular working schedule. Some are even longer, and others, like me even works on weekends. Manuel L. Quezon University (MLQU) is finally home! After the property developer New San Jose Builders, Inc. (NSJBI) acquired the ownership of MLQU, NSJBI started upgrading the school facilities, while retaining the legacy of the university.
Another round of binge-watching! Starting October 9 up to October 18, over 190 channels will be open for viewing on Sky Cable, including my favorite channels like Fox Movies Premium, AXN HD, Disney Jr. and all HBO channels. I can’t wait to marathon Fear – the walking dead series!
