JBL LINK series is the first voice-activated speakers to bring together JBL’s Signature Sound with the Google Assistant. Available in four models, the LINK 10, LINK 20, LINK 300 and LINK 500, give consumers rich, full-range sound and instant access to their favorite music through voice control. Fitness is this thing that I’ve wanted to really put in my system for a very long time. Friends usually ask me if I hit the gym regularly, but honestly, no. I guess I’m just one of those lucky guys who does have the capacity to burn fats faster, and I am very thankful for that. As I recall the last time I hit the gym was two or three weeks ago. But now that I’m in my 30s, I know I have to be more conscious about my health and fitness.

With my kind of lifestyle, committing to being and staying fit is somehow difficult. But with the right determination and will power, very achievable. It is not just about proper scheduling and time management, but food also plays an important role in whatever kind of fitness journey I’ll be taking.

More than 50% of old-growth forests in the Philippines are lost. More than 30,000 hectares of mangrove trees are degraded. Families who have been displaced by natural calamities reached more than 900,000. More than 640 species of animals in the country are threatened or endangered. Metro Manila alone produces more than 861,967 tons of trash. And every day, more than 40 incident reports of animal cruelty are reported.
