Set against the picturesque backdrop of KDR Adventure Camp in Orani, Bataan, this off-road motorcycle obstacle course event is slated to kick off on May 12, 2024, at 8 AM. More than just a test of skill, the Manibela Challenge embodies the essence of defensive riding, camaraderie, and giving back. Participants won’t just conquer obstacles; they’ll also champion causes close to their hearts. With the chance to allocate prize earnings to charity organizations of their choice, winners will leave a lasting impact on communities in need.
At its core, the Manibela Challenge aims to promote safety, unity, and community service within the riding community. Participants will navigate challenging off-road obstacles, demonstrating their riding abilities while raising awareness about safety. The event fosters a sense of camaraderie, with interactions and shared experiences creating lasting connections and friendships among participants.
Riders of all skill levels and preferences are invited to join the excitement. In the team category, riders with bikes of 1000cc and above can participate for free, forming teams of up to 10 members. Team members can also compete individually without any fee, using bikes with lower displacements (400cc-900cc).
For individual riders, there are categories for both male and female participants, catering to varying skill levels. While there’s a participation fee for individual male riders (PHP 10,000), female riders may join for free, ensuring inclusivity and diversity in the competition.
The event will adhere to strict rules and regulations to ensure fair play and safety.
The prize pool is substantial, with P2 million to be awarded to winning participants and their respective charities.
The top prize for the team category is P500,000, with additional prizes for second and third place. One hundred percent of the prizes for the team category will be given to the team’s chosen beneficiaries.
Individual male and female riders will compete for prizes of P200,000, P150,000, and P100,000 for the first, second, and third place, respectively.
How to Join:
1. Form a team of 10 riders (1000cc and above), nominate a team leader, and choose a group name.
2. Each team member must sign up using the provided link, mentioning the team leader’s name and group name to waive any fees. Team members can also compete individually for free using bikes with lower displacements (400cc-900cc).
3. Those interested in joining individual categories must sign up using the provided form and pay the corresponding amount on-site.
4. After registration, participants will receive an email confirmation containing their ticket number, which they must present on the day of the competition. On May 12, 2024, a Competition Orientation will be held at KDR Adventure Camp, Orani, Bataan, at 8:00 am onwards. During the orientation, team leaders will draw lots to decide the date of their actual schedule.
