The ICF Philippines International Coaching Summit, this year’s biggest coaching and leadership event in South East Asia, is happening this coming November 8, 2019 at the Conrad Hotel in Pasay City. With the theme “ENGAGE, EMPOWER, EXCEL,” the event will feature world-renowned and award-winning coaching and leadership gurus.
Expected to attend are more than 500 international and local delegates such as Coaching Professionals, Corporate Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Consultants, Educators and aspiring Coaches.
A featured speaker is Dr. MARCIA REYNOLDS, MCC. Dr. Reynolds helps coaches and leaders make every conversation a difference-making experience, providing coaching and leadership training in 41 countries. Declared as World’s No. 3 Coach by Gurus International, Dr. Reynolds, whose doctoral degree is in organizational psychology and two Master’s degrees in education and communications, will talk about “Turn Difficult Conversations into Positive Results that Empower and Inspire Excellence.”
She will also look at how to use a coaching approach to empower and inspire others to make positive changes, and share steps on how to mentally prepare for difficult conversations and how to emotionally engage others with both presence and the use of words.
Dr. Reynolds, an author who was also featured in prestigious publications such as Fast Company, Psychology Today, and The Wall Street Journal, among others, serves as the Training Director for the Healthcare Coaching Institute at Virginia Tech and teaches for coaching schools in China and Russia.
She was also a founding member and 5th global president of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals.
