Beyond my limits. This are the words that I could probably say to describe my month of April. It was crazy! I got a new car (sold my old one), got a new macbook pro (huhuhu this one was so expensive), paid dues, and other bills.
I bumped some else’s car, I lost my Grandpa, missed a flight and cancelled a much waited activity and more. April could be included as one of my worst month, I guess. But I still have hope that this year would really be awesome. After all, we are just on the 4th month of the year.

Day 09 – Dinner at Village Tavern
Had a chance to sit down and met up with the Dive team. I was assigned to handle The Dive’s social media accounts. Hence, my team and their group should need to have a proper alignment with all program related concerns.

In the evening, MJ joined us for dinner at Village Tavern. We were able to taste some of their newest offerings.
Day 10 – Romantic Baboy Dinner with Foodtrip Buddies
Another reason why I decided to book an accommodation was my event on the next day. At around 10 in the morning, I just crossed two streets towards Shangrila Hotel to attend Fitbit’s newest smartwatch launch.
In the evening, I met up Jem, Sheng and Presh again and had dinner with them in Romantic Baboy. I think some joy has sparked in our dinner here. Message me to know exactly what was it. Hahaha!

Day 19 – Got a new Ride
Visited my friends house in Marilao to pick up the car I bought. It was an old model Honda Civic. I left my White Mitsubishi Car there ready for selling (which was sold after a few days). Hopefully, this new ride would be good to me.

Day 26 – The Wake
Woke up really early on this day. My dad, I and my brother did a long drive to visit my Grandfathers wake in Pangasinan.
Day 28 – 4th Rescue Summit in Marikina Sports Complex
At 3:30 am, I was already up and preparing for todays big event. It was my very first live producer/directing event and I was tasked to handle the Live Streaming broadcast via Facebook for the whole day. At around 5 am, we are already in Marikina Sports Complex. At around 7 am, the program begins. It was a long day of running to and fro, fixing the whole program and making it as legit as possible hehe. I was lucky I got great host that can just talk and do stretches when needed. At around 5 in the afternoon, the last portion of my livestream ended. It was such a relief. Thank God that we didn’t really had major problems in todays event.
Later on that evening, on my way home. I was feeling a bit high and sleepy probably because of the whole day event we had in Marikina. I took my car at the office and drove my way back home. Just as I thought everything was doing well in my day, on my last U-turn going to my parking space, I had this very unique split second moment that I forgot that I am stepping on a gas and not on the break. I bumped my car on to a parked vehicle at front. It was a disaster, and having this quick thought, I decided to press again the supposedly break and bump it again for the second time. Grabe lang …
So, I actually bumped it twice on the same portion, giving me a damage headlight and indented vehicle. And the other car having a broken tail light. The sister of the owner of the car, went out and talk to me. She was my neighbour who owns a clinic in the neighbourhood. I was told that the owner of the car was a lawyer. She took my number and took a shot of my license, which I’ve given wholeheartedly. Good thing, they were nice and told me that they will contact me about the expenses for the damage.
I slept it over and seen the car park on the other side already. I guess the owner already know what happen. Though I still haven’t receive any message. I might just visit them or wait for them to let me know what to do next.
Day 30 – Another round of Car problems
Last day of the month, was spent mostly looking for a car repair-shop around Quezon City. I got tons of payments still needed to pay on this day that would definitely reach the start of a new month tomorrow! In between all my problems, I still manage to attend Hardrock Cafe Manila‘s grand opening and ending the day with a birthday salubong for Issa and Alvin.
