Personalization is something that I really love to do or to get; for aside that it could give me that kind of uniqueness, personalizing an item also gives me that kind of ownership. I may not have a lot of personalize items at home because of space issues, but I try to just keep stuff that I felt would be really useful on a day-to-day basis – just like a watch.
Recently, one of my favorite watch brands introduces an in-house product personalization. Continue reading and will tell you more about it.
Manila, Philippines – On July 16, 2018 at the Uptown Parade, Bonifacio Global City, Fossil Philippines kicked off a week-long roadshow with a party that brought together some of the country’s most sophisticated editors and fashion and lifestyle influencers. At the fashion-focused event, guests were not only introduced to the brand’s stylish influencers Laureen Uy (@laureenmuy), Janina Manipol (@janinamanipol), and DeeGee Razon (@dgrazon), but were also able to experience firsthand Fossil’s new personalization services, from selecting their favorite designs from a variety of classic and seasonal styles, to customizing various aspects of the pieces.
I was able to try it personally through the different booths Fossil has setup at the event. With the leather watch bag I got, I was able to put in a simple foil-stamping monogram. One can also choose to emboss a monogram on a satchels, weekenders, purses, wallets, and bag tags. Watches can be made even more special with engraved initials or messages up to three lines long, in one of five unique fonts.
Customizing a piece doesn’t just end at engraving or embossing, either. With the brand’s selection of bag charms and interchangeable watch straps, you (or your gift’s recipient) will be sure to find a combination that’s all at once stylish and all your own. Isn’t that great guys!
Luckily, Fossil’s embossing and engraving services will be made available at boutiques nationwide—free of charge—for customers who avail of the brand’s signature timepieces and leather goods. Items purchased up to one month prior to the event may also be brought in for personalization.
