Inside: 4-in-1 Dermairis Mask now available in Manila

Dermairis Mask from Korea

It was always a hidden wonder to us [Filipinos] how Korean’s achieve that no-pores kind of look. A lot of people say it is because of the weather, some says its genes, the rest might say it is because of the food or the product they are using. This could be one of the reasons why whenever a Korean brand launches here in Manila, it is easily patronized by the public. It is a hit, in short.

Well, I couldn’t blame anyone here, after all, most of the products are really top notch.

A few days ago, a new brand was launched here in Manila and is expected to be a talk of the town. Continue reading and will tell you more about this.

Dermairis Launch in Manila

It took us more than an hour just to be at the place where the product was going to be launched. Coming from Makati, traveling to Taguig would only take (I think) less than 30 minutes. When we arrive, we were 2nd to the last van to came in. I think the traffic was really worst on that day.

Good thing there is a massage in the area to cool us down. Anyway, this isn’t the highlight of the day. For the unmasking of a new-you have arrived. Dermairis officially launched in the Philippines last November at a private venue in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig.

Dermairis is brought to us here in the Philippines by JW Healthcare Philippines (JWHP), the local sales subsidiary of JW Group, a leading pharmaceutical company located in Gangnam area in Seoul, South Korea.

At the event, JWHP’s General Manager, Ms. Glenda Arceno, welcomed media guests and partners with a brief introduction of JWHP and JW Group.

“JW Group’s founding spirit is anchored in our respect for life. This is what motivates us in dealing with our patients and in dealing with our customers,” Arceno said.

After which, glamorous dermatologist Dr. Crystal Roxas held a short talk about how important it is to take care of our skin.

“The skin is the largest organ of the body and it is the organ that is exposed to the external world,” Dr. Roxas said. “The skin reflects the general mental and physical well-being. It’s a sacrificial organ because when you’re stressed, the first sign is seen on your skin.”

She recommended the basic routine of regular cleansing, exfoliation, toning, moisturizing, and protection, and taught us how to perform each step properly. I actually felt tired already just by thinking how to do the process one by one, but hey its for our own good right. Either way, I commend those who patiently do this kind of regimen every night.

Dermairis Mask was launched in 2 variants. The Dermairis Blue consists of air pockets that contain nutrients, while the Dermairis Pink uses soft microfiber that is finer than a hair strand.

The Dermairis Mask stands out from other face masks because it offers four skin benefits–moisturizing, anti-wrinkle, elasticity, and whitening–by using 10 main ingredients, including JW’s two proprietary technologies.

The patented JW-Epidermal Growth Factor (CTP-EGF) penetrates the skin 5x faster than other EGF, making the Dermairis Mask more efficient than the rest. Meanwhile, AMF (Artificial Moisturizing Factor) is not destroyed by time and blocks moisture evaporation for 120 hours. It, therefore, works more effectively than NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor) found in other face masks, which reduces skin moisture retention.

The other eight main ingredients are hyaluronic acid, ceramide, adenosine, acetyl tetrapeptide, astaxanthin, snail secretion filtrate, botanical extracts, and niacinamide.
