Inside: Owndays largest store opening + 20-minutes quick processing

I’ve been using eyeglasses for the past 10 years already. It started when I was still young and I overworked my self doing video editing and on the side producing my own show. Funny that at first, I was more than excited than disappointed to learn that my eyes was getting blurry, for the reason that I could be able to wear eyeglasses not just for the sake of fashion but because of the need.

Owndays Eyewear store at SM Megamall (1 of 35)

Over the years, I’ve used more than a handful of different eyeglasses and luckily for the nth time, I was able to own one just recently.  Continue reading and check out what I’ve discovered.

Owndays Optical Shop continues to expand as a global retail network offering top notch services, high quality products and wide range of selections which are functional yet sophisticated. Just recently the International brand opens its largest store in Metro Manila, located at SM Megamall. Along with other influencers, I was lucky enough to invited and witness this grand event.

The store is considered as the largest that they have opened, it got different division dedicated on the kind of eyewear one is looking for. You can even find a kid section which they have manage to make the area cute and enticing for the younger market.

At the center, you’ll find the Spectacle Assembling room. This is where the magic is mostly done. As they promise, it will only take them 20 minutes for each spectacle to be finished upon payment. Another thing that I love is that Owndays have made the price system simple and easy to understand by the customers. They also offer ultra thin lenses, for no additional fee, no matter how high the degree is.

Each Ultra thin lenses are standardised, equipped with UV protection and soil-resistant coating, manufactured by well known manufacturers in Japan.

Owndays usually provide a 1-year warranty on lens visual performance, but what I love about them is that they could be able to change the nose-pads, make adjustments to the screws, tighten the screws, adjust the fitting and check our vision for free of charge as their after service.  (*Change of nose-pads is limited to one time only (warranty card required).)

At the launch, I was able to pick 3 pairs that I like, a shade, a computer eyeglasses and a graded one. Eyewear prices starts at Php 1990 to Php 6,990, that includes the frame and ultra thin lenses. If you purchase a second pair on the same purchase you could be able to even enjoy a 25% discount. Currently my eye grade is 150 and I hope it wouldn’t go up over the years.
