It’s always nice to try something new whether it be an activity, a place to visit, clothes to wear or food to experience. I may not be too adventurous when it comes to food but I am always open on trying something new but already familiar. I know that was my cautious self talking but I think I need to agree, specially now that as we age, food choices become a little bit clustered.
Here are some new items but familiar brands I’ve tried a few weeks ago.

I have been drinking Soy products for a very long time already. Specially whenever I visit the gym, I always keep my self fuelled with soy drinks right after workout. A new world of Gelato with Gelatofix
Gelatofix, an italian artisanal gelato cafe, officially opens its doors in its first Philippine branch at the Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. The world-class cafe is renowed for its over the top gelato creations and exquisite italian cuisine created by award-winning cgefs, gelato World Cup Champion, Master Chef Filippon Novelli and Gelatofix Master Chef David Chang.
This woke me up early morning Saturday as a pack of Gelato was delivered to my house along with two amazing italian dishes; Pasta and Risotto. For the Gelato, Gelatofix sent me Pistachio and Dark Chocolate. I love how consistent the taste is and on how subtle it tastes. Cannot wait to try the other flavors and visit the physical store soon.

Tuna is something I wouldn’t forget to include in my grocery basket. Hotness Overload with Tabasco
There is something in common between me and a bottle of tabasco, What it is? It is our differently unique hotness! Char! But seriously, I never could imagine a table or a restaurant without having an option to have one. Growing up in a Bicolano clan, eating spicy food has already been the usual. Thus when I started living alone, I make sure to incorporate hot sauces or spices in my cooking (I am not really a good cook just some trying hard bachelor). I even made my pancit and pasta spicy once.
Tabasco pepper sauce has been a great companion whenever I eat alone in the house or outside in a restaurant. I always like the Original Red Sauce, but there are other options to choose from.

Curly Fries with Ketchup Mayo Ice Cream from Freezer Burn
Weird could be the best word the describe what I’ve tasted recently. Have you tasted Kechup and Mayo based Ice Cream? Sounds a bit gross but I it works well specially when it was partnered with curly fries. Freezer Burn’s Kecthup Mayo Ice Cream was such a discovery that made me want to finish the whole cup. Weirded at first but combining it with the fries really works! I so love the fries that I am wishing @freezerburnph will serve more fries soon in every cup :).
