It was like living in a luxurious village or a place where you could be sharing food next to a Hollywood celebrity, that is how I was imagining myself when I was able to stay at one of the Pradera Verde Villas just recently. Painted in off-white colors, these country style villas pops out in the greeneries of Pradera Verde. Arrange like a skyline of houses at far, the villas caters to visitors and guests of Pradera Verde who are mostly either playing Golf (Read: Pradera Verde Golf Club) or Wakeboarding (Read: Wakeboarding in Pradera), or those who just wanted to escape the bustling cities nearby.
Pradera Verde offers reasonably priced accommodation that can house up 8 persons. One room is actually so huge that it can already be compared to a regular house in Manila. And because of its accessible, Pradera Verde Villas are mostly occupied over the weekends. Here are some of the rates and accommodations they offer;
Pradera Verde Villas Deluxe King (Good for 2 persons)
- Breakfast (Php 5000)
- Whole Day Ride (Php 5500)
- Half Day Ride & Breakfast (Php 6000)
Deluxe Triple (Good for 3 persons)
- Breakfast (Php 5500)
- Whole Day Ride (Php 6000)
- Half Day Ride & Breakfast (Php 7000)
2 Bedroom Villa (Good for 5 persons with breakfast) Php 13,500
3 Bedroom Villa (Good for 8 persons w/ breakfast) Php 17,500
I personally love how generous they were when it comes to spaces. I was able to stay for a night along with 5 other friends we’re we rented a 2 Bedroom Villa. Truthfully, with such a big house, it can already accommodate even up to 10 heads. Each villa got the necessary things you would expect in a hotel room. Actually, staying at this huge house would really be enough for me but trying out the other amenities would be very fun as well. Aside from playing golf and wakeboard, you can also borrow bikes, or maybe try swimming at the wave pool. If you felt hungry, food service is just a call away, but you can also dine in at the view deck. And because it is a huge place, golf carts and other service vehicle can be used always upon request.
I wouldn’t really wanted to make this such a long blog post, but what I really just wanted to share to you are the photos we took inside and outside the house. Well, I guess these can already sum up how awesome our stay have went. (Shot all photos except for my solos *wink )
With blogger friends, MJ de Leon, Gus Villa, (me) Rodel Flordeliz, Ruth Dela Cruz, Rod Magaru and Edward Santos. Thank you Pradera Verde for the accommodation.
