The new Chuck Taylor All Star x Nike Flyknit collection marks the first time Converse has incorporated Nike Flyknit technology into any of the brand’s footwear, resulting in a truly innovative version of the Chuck Taylor icon.
I was able to witness it’s launch held at Converse Eastwood branch where the sole was sold first and later in all Converse stores nationwide. The shoe uses a neoprene lining and Lunarlon insole so that the shoe remains as comfortable as the Chuck II. This completely new perspective features a breathable Nike Flyknit upper and a sleek TPU fused toe cap, making this the perfect footwear option for hot summer days – and keeping you cool without sacrificing style.
