I cannot disagree to the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And even knowing all its benefits, my busy lifestyle is still to blame on why I manage to always skip it. But I’m still trying; in fact, I just recently bought packs of Quaker Oats and milk just to force my self to consume it before it even began to rot. But the thing I’ve learned recently might change everything.
