I cannot disagree to the fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And even knowing all its benefits, my busy lifestyle is still to blame on why I manage to always skip it. But I’m still trying; in fact, I just recently bought packs of Quaker Oats and milk just to force my self to consume it before it even began to rot. But the thing I’ve learned recently might change everything.
Led by Joyce Pring, my friend Wil Dasovich, Patti Grandidge and Lauren Young, our morning was field by good nutrition as they shared their favorite Quaker Overnight Oats Club Recipes.
“A lot of people actually think that oatmeal is hard to prepare. But it’s actually not, it’s not only easy, but a really convenient healthy breakfast option. It’s high in fiber, source of protein, vitamins and minerals that would give you the energy to start the day and keep you going,” Anne Remulla-Canda, Marketing Manager for Nutrition said.
True to her word, this was shown to us on the event held at Le Petit Soufflé a few days ago. Have you heard about the overnight oats?
I learned that Overnight oats is easy to prepare and you can actually do it in three steps; (1) Place the oats in the jar (2) Soak oats in milk, and (3) add your toppers.
And when you wake up in the morning just grab it and go. Bring it to your office or eat it while you’re caught in traffic. With that said, breakfast doesn’t have to be skipped anymore. Life hack unlocked! With a jar of overnight oats waiting for you each morning, you can just grab and go. Truly, healthy mornings start at night with Quaker Oats.
