When I was a kid, I always felt that chefs were like magicians, who make their wonders inside the kitchen. Using their magical wand (ladle) to cast a spell on the ingredients, turning it into an amazing dishes. And when brought to my table, it would feel magical!
But that was a long time ago, now I do believe that making that magical spells can also be done not just by chefs in restaurants but even your mom, or your dad or even yourself at home. Specially now that extraordinary dishes can be recreated easily at home through the use of different items.

It was an awesome afternoon full of learnings and of course making our tummy satisfied. I personally love Chef Portia’s take on creating a pasta dish. I just wish I could be able to own a set someday and re-create some of the dishes they created.
