I do believe in the process called “Rewards System”. You finish a job or requirement on time to get some rewards in return. That applies not just in the working environment but as well as to any activities. This kind of system drove me to achieved (as much as I can) 7500 steps daily for 5 days a week via PhilAm Life Vitality program.
