65th Miss Universe pageant coronation night to be held at SM MOA this coming January 30, 2017.
If the competition was held today, it could be a head to head battle between Miss Philippines and Miss USA. That is the thought running in my head when I first saw the eleven candidates (including Ms. Philippines) that was presented at the kick off party held at Conrad Hotel last Saturday (December 10,2016).

The eleven candidates who attended the kick-off includes Australia, Indonesia, China, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Philippines and USA. The reigning queen, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzback, welcomed the candidates.

They will be here along with the rest of the 90 candidates participating for the series of activities that will be conducted in different places in the country before the pageant night, which will be held in the Mall of Asia Arena on January 30, 2017. The pageant will be shown in the Philippines via ETC.
Among the eleven candidates presented, I already have eyes for (of course) Miss Philippines, Miss USA, as well as to the half Pinay candidate from New Zealand.
