#GoFearless with Pacsafe + First-ever standalone outlet of Pacsafe in the world

It was a day all about safe travelling, sea turtle conservation and the launch of the first-ever standalone outlet of Pacsafe in the world and guess what? It’s here in the Philippines.

Backpacking is my daily-go-to-style not just whenever I’m on a trip, but even in my day-to-day home to work travelling. But sometimes even you’re so cautious about your stuff, Pick pockets or thieves got their ways to get in.

I got so many encounters with thieves, the most memorable one was when I rode the MRT in Shaw Boulevard Station, that when I was in the midst of the crowd, I suddenly realized that my precious iPhone 6s plus was taken away.

I was devastated. That costs me a lot. I think I learned my lesson and realized how important it is to invest in having a good anti-theft bag. Especially when you’re on a backpacking trip where your day-to-day life rely on a backpack you carry wherever you go.

Good thing, PacSafe answers our needs. There are a lot of anti-theft bags in the market but what I love the most about PacSafe products is aside from outsmarting thieves, it also showcases simple yet stylish design perfect for everyday use!

There are a lot of designs to choose from especially at their first ever standalone outlet located in Glorietta 5. They even got a demo bag (which I like) to show and guarantee customers of its effectively.

Also at the launch, they promoted their latest campaign #GoFearless, that empowers travelers to enjoy traveling fearlessly and with confidence.

PacSafe Turtle Fund

Conserving Mother Nature is one of the major concerns of the brand, PacSafe. I actually like how they incorporated the turtle in their logo. And I find it very witty and symbolical as well especially when it was explain in the event. Telling that a turtle perfectly symbolizes a backpacker where a turtle relies to its shell, just like a traveller to his bag. And along with the goal of conservation, they created the PacSafe Turtle Fund back in 2014. The goal is to protect and conserve endangered sea turtles.

This year, Pacsafe, through Co-Founder/Managing Director Magnus McGlashan, awarded a check worth Php 235,000.00 to Bataan Peninsula Tourism Council Foundation, Inc. in cooperation with Bantay Pawikan, Inc.. The contribution will then be used for the continuous development and rehabilitation of the center in Morong Bataan. Nice! Just right in time to the upcoming Pawikan Festival every end of November.

Isn’t great to see companies giving back and reaching out? Kudos to PacSafe for that!

Check out their flagship store in the Philippines. Pacsafe is located at the G/F of Glorietta 5 in Ayala, Makati.
