It’s never been easy to be left behind. Specially if you’ve given your full effort to make everything work, there are still some situations that your effort wouldn’t be enough. It will give you the feeling of hopelessness that you would want to give-up but if your life is at stake it would be a different story I think. This ain’t a “hugot post” but I was referring to this new themed Mystery game I’ve tried recently called LeftBehind.
LeftBehind : The Ultimate Escape Room Experience is an immersive and intense escape room experience. Players navigate through rooms where they must look for clues, solve puzzles and ultimately find their way out before the time expires.

It’s like playing the Room or Mystery Crimes on your phones but this ones in real life. It was my second time experiencing this kind of intense escape room. The first one was in Breakout through the invitation of my late friend Adrian. Actually, both mystery themed games can give you different experience, specially with a different set of people you’ve been with inside helping you crack out the code. (Scroll down to check our video)
LeftBehind was in operation for a few months and currently offering two rooms – The Institution and The Sinking, which we both tried.
The Institution
Is a story about a guy (which is supposedly us) who wokes up and find out that he is locked inside an institution. He (us) got lots of questions needed to be answered and needed to escape to the maze-liked place before he totally cracks down and be leftbehind.

We were given 45 minutes to solve the mystery.
This room was a bit scary with (I think) 2-4 rooms in total. We weren’t able to fully solve it and was stuck trying to figure out how to unlocked the second room. If it were in real life we would be found dead in that place trying to figure out how to escape.
The Sinking
The Sinking was the second room we tried and we were told that this room needs more teamwork. Plus as said to their board only a handful of teams have fully figured out how to escape it, thus making it more challenging.
The story follows a group of stowaways who were locked and tied up inside the lower deck of a sinking ship. We were given 45 minutes to solve and find our way out making sure no one will be left behind.
Do you think we solve it? Will tell you that in a bit, but first here are some of the things you should know when you plan to try and play it.
