When you visit the market or store, how do you decide which brand to buy? Do you even bother to read the labels? Or your those people who can be taken away easily by different enticing commercials?
When buying a line of product for the first time, my usual criteria will always include affordability, size, recommendation from a trusted friends and of course quality! But sometimes quality and affordability is quiet hard to put together. There are just some reliable products that demands premium price on the other hand there are also cheaper brands that doesn’t really give what your looking for.
But guess what, Watsons got a better answer to that – Switch & Save by Watsons.
For several years now, Watsons has been running its Switch & Save campaign, showing its customers that if they switch from the leading brand to Watsons brand they can get excellent quality personal care products at up to 80% less. The effort has met with massive success, convincing tons of people from everyday shoppers to high-profile endorsers to make the change. But with such unbelievably great savings, some skeptics remained unconvinced that Watsons products could be as good as the leading brand. To settle the question once and for all, the Watsons team decided to put it to the test- The Switch Test.

This was actually showed to us a few days ago where Watsons set up booths with products up against the best of the best – the category leaders. Without showing or telling to us what brands were involved, the Switch Test mediator had each customer try out two products- Watsons and the leader. They were asked to hold them, examine them, test and compare them, and eventually to choose the one they would buy.

A few of my friends tested lotion, toothbrushes, tissue even hair irons, and it was amazing that most of them un-noticeably chooses Watson products over the leading brand. The test only shows that most shoppers prefer Watsons quality, not to mention the price. So the next time you look for affordability and quality you know now where to switch, Switch to Watsons and save!
