A night of Oysters and Rose’ hosted by Via Mare and The Straits Wine Company
At the far corner of the Greenbelt 3 stands an illustrious establishment breathing life into one excruciatingly humid summer evening. Via Mare’s Oyster Bar, laced with white linen drapes dancing to the summer breeze, welcomed its patrons to an intimate affair of gastronomy. It’s the height of the season and Via Mare, in partnership with The Straits Wine Company, is hosting the AIX Rosé Summer Tour with an oyster and wine buffet.
