Itch, flakes and frustration.
I’ve had dandruff for as long as I can remember. And as far as I know, I’ve tried just about anything I can think of to get rid of it, including using shampoo recommended by my dermatologist and apple cider vinegar. I mean sure, these solutions work…but only for a time. Six weeks into the regimen and my flakes are back.
Enter CLEAR antidandruff shampoo. I recently got to try this anti-dandruff shampoo when I got invited to one of their events which launched their partnership with Bruno’s Barbers. Essentially, the event tells us that the two just created four dandruff-proof styles to cater to the four different styles that modern men sport (Classic for the dashing debonair, Casual for the cool kid on the block, Sporty for the relentless athlete and Urban for the trendy man).
What does this actually mean? Well, essentially, if you get any of these four styles at select Bruno’s Barbers branch (which you can do now), you will be treated to a shampoo prior to your cut—using CLEAR antidandruff shampoo, of course. And to round everything up, free styling!
I went ahead and chose Urban (because I believe that I am trendy and this is my blog so you are in no position to argue with me. Hahaha!).
Three things:
1. I really like my haircut. I think the barber who did it, did a very good job.
2. It’s reassuring that Bruno’s uses quality shampoo when they wash my hair–not just some random generic formula that actually does more harm than good to your hair.
3. This partnership is great as it allows more people to try CLEAR.
I’ve been using CLEAR since the event and I must say that among all the antidandruff shampoos I’ve tried, this is probably one of the better ones—it does not dry out my hair and actually feels nice on the scalp. Now, the question is, will its effects continue past the six weeks period? That we have to wait to find out.
