I love visiting bazaars and it’s quite nice to discover new brands in the market. There was this bazaar I’ve visited last year organized by Yabang Pinoy, where in I discovered this brand that sells a leather notebook, and I can’t help myself and didn’t let my self leave the place without buying it.
Since then I’ve been using this leather notebook and I don’t have any regrets in buying in.
That is why when I was invited over to attend the New York Street Market. I did not hesitated and accepted it. And the good thing here, I’m not just visiting, but instead I’m selling.
I contacted instantly my friend/biz partner Charlie and told him about the invitation. And we both agree with the terms.
October 16-17, 2015
The first day of the bazaar was scheduled on the 16th of October. The venue was located at a house within New York street. It was a big rustic house which they converted into a place for selling. Different sellers attended the bazaars, some of my favorites includes the customize bracelets, there was a table who sells sketches and the customize phone cases.
I think I’m liking anything that is customized. By the way in my booth, we are selling doll shoes and pumps with the brand called Mahadera, business-wise woman shoes are easier to sell than men’s.
We have high hopes on the first day but the storm was getting stronger, it was the day when Bagyong Lando strikes PH. Only a few people visited our booths so the organizer decided to cancel the next day event. And move it to a new schedule (Oct. 24-25, 2015). Here are some of the booths in the two day event.
