I don’t have any plans of living in Batangas (or even outside Manila), for one it’s far away from my family in Bulacan, and it’s also far away from my work. But if you can give me some factors to consider, maybe I could change my mind.

You can enjoy a peaceful reprieve away from the Manila chronic traffic and flood. Another thing that I love about the place is that you can really commune with nature for the place is situated near Mount Makiling.
Terrazza de Sto. Tomas offers three model units, Amore (single-detached, 99 sqm), Dolce (Duplex, 75 sqm), and Bacci (Quad 65-86 sqm). Each unit has its own mini garden and laid out in such a way that it’s residents get the exclusivity and privacy they deserve. I personally love how Bacci was designed and constructed.
In a short conversation with one of there staff, I was told that they are having promos on that day for those who are planning to reserve a unit. I believe that it was a great deal plus it is affordable. So I hurriedly talk to my sister who is currently looking for a nice place to live in when they decided to be back here in the Philippines. I was given a nice price as well, a price that is just almost equivalent to a 32 square meters condo unit here in Manila. Nice right?
So going back to my question, What can make me decide to live away from Manila? Maybe a good deal, a better place, a family to be with and a peaceful and very harmonious neighborhood.
