Japanese cuisine is always welcome in my table, thus, when I was invited over to visit Tenya at Market! Market! I instantly said yes at the drop of a hat. And yes, you read that right, Tenya opens their newest branch at Market! Market!
Tenya has come to Philippine shores armed with a standardized cooking technique, promising a perfect balance between flavor and texture in every piece and every bite. Along with it comes the distinct Don Tare sauce; a condiment that is a special blend of secret sauces, giving a sweet and umami oomph in Tempura flavors. The Don Tare sauce has been specially made by a boutique soy sauce factory since the 1800’s, which is then shipped to every Tenya store in the world. 
We came at the launch a bit late but still manages to savor our favorites. Tenya Market! Market! branch is located just in-front Serendra, so it is easy to spot-on. We started with a bowl of Spicy Salmon Salad (Php 225), followed by All-Star Tendon (Php 325) then end up with Fruity Juicy Pops which is available in 4 flavors.
But because I’m already full from a previous event I attended, I decided to take out my meal, which is very much welcome at Tenya. I hope they would open a branch here at the North, which is the area where I live in. 
Tenya is now open to satisfy gargantuan sized cravings at the 4th Floor, Building A, SM Megamall, Ortigas, Mandaluyong City. You can also stop by the newest branches at the latest restaurant hubs for food enthusiasts at the 2nd floor, BGC Stopover Pavillion, Rizal Drive corner 31st Street, Bonifacio Global City, and at Market! Market! McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Also, look out for when the SM Southmall branch opens their doors to serve tempura-craving patrons real soon. (More photos here)
