The exhibit will also feature the iconic tokidoki x Karl Lagerfeld collection.

After Manila, Simone plans to fly to Bangkok, Korea then China.

I was invited over to this intimate lunch at Niu Vikings to get to know him personally and have a chance to have a signed autograph. But aside from the autograph, Simone also draw an impression of my personality. keep reading you’ll find out how it look like.

Going back to Simone, here are some of the things i’ve learned about him.

  1. On picking brands to tie up – Simone likes to work with iconic brands but accepting projects are not base all about money. According to him, there are projects that brings alot of money and there are projects which are not and accepted all out of love.
  2. Inspirations and Characters –  Inspiration for each of the characters varies but most of the time, inspirations comes from the crowd. According to Simone, some of the characters he created are base on people he knew, one of which is the girl inside a little flower which represents her little daughter.
  3. Dreams and Craziest Collaboration – One of his dreams is to do a collab with an airline company, he wanted his creation to fly along with the plane. Aside from that when asked about the craziest collab he was offered, it was to create characters for sex toys. Which he then refuses.

Tokidoki x Karl Lagerfeld is available in 4 variants and is priced at $200. It is only available for purchase online. For more information, pleas visit the tokidoki flagship store in Los Angeles, CA or online at www.tokidoki.it.
