I was amazed, after hearing Christopher’s surname, I actually first thought that Mrs. Grahams was just an invented character, little that I know that shes an existing person!
Meet the Grahams! Born and raise in the U.S., Christopher and his wife, Anna, opens up a small café located in Tomas Morato area in Quezon City which they named Mrs. Graham’s Macaron Cafe. (referring to Christopher’s wife)
The couple has been known for creating unique and delicious and affordable macarons, pastries and breads. But before putting this up, they started first online and later, by joining different bazaars.
According to Christopher, attending bazaars has been a great way to test their products on how the market will accept it.
And being a couple and business partner as well, Christopher said that it would be very important to know the bouderies of your role and separate business to your personal life.
Currently Chirstopher handles the logistics, finance and accounting while Anna handles the creative side of Mrs. Graham’s Macaron Cafe that includes creating their main product, Macarons.
Macaron is a French sweet meringue-based confection made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond powder or ground almond, and food colouring. It’s a bit difficult to master and achieving the right texture sometimes could be affected by the change of the weather.
Mrs. Graham’s Macaron Cafe current best seller includes the ensaymada macaron, smores macarons with marshmallow inside and the unqiue bibingka with salted egg macaron.

Tying up and supporting other bakeries that have the same goals and unique offerings like them are one of their goals.
A crafting workshop are also underway that will be place at the second floor. Mrs. Graham’s Café is open from 11am-11pm on weekdays and till 12mn on weekends. I just love how the ceiling is creatively. Here are some other pictures of the cafe.
