Dencio’s Bar and Grill at Harbor Square, Manila

Its not the usual for me to visit this side of Manila. The last time that I was here was when I was still trying out for the dragon boat team. Thou that thing didn’t really push through.

HARBOR SQUARE

We really got a nice view at this side, great company and food as well, I was stuck for a while reminiscing  my trip to Victoria Harbour in Hongkong, but thats way better I must say. Anyway, lets just enjoy everything and take some selfies and photos  of the place.

Facing this nice view is the newly renovated Dencio’s Bar and Grill, it has this barrio vibe that makes diners feel instantly at home at the place.

Eclectic flavor of barrio to the urban metropolis, this is how we could probably describe it. Twenty years later , the homegrown brand is revisiting the same idea that made it one of the country’s favorite dining traditions. Here’s how it looks like inside.

So what have been the big changes in the place? new interiors, for better dining experience. The bar area now features walk-in chillers while the function room has been decorated with novelty items including a functional dartboard.

A member of the Max’s group family of brands, Dencio’s one of the Philippines first provincial-resrot type of restaurant – recently unveiled the new store concept in its branch  here at Harbor Square at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). The brand was established under the premise of providing `Filipinos with a place that is strictly local and original.’

Balikbayans are the brand’s biggest followers, the new store concept strives to welcome a wide variety of diners – including families, sports enthusiasts and barkadas. We had a feast of the most popular Filipino foods serve here in the restaurant plus we also got to taste new dishes in their menu.

I just love the crispy Chicken Isaw Sisig! Two thumbs up for this one!

Staying true to the Filipino feel both food and ambiance, Dencio’s are taking it to the next level by planning to renew all the remaining branches soon.

Will definitely be back in this place.
