For the love of Sharing – Go Slammin’ Mini Burgers

Honestly, I’m not really a fan of burgers, thou there are few that make it on my list as an exception. That is why trying a new burger joint is a good thing for me to discover if the burgers they offer could be a ‘nay’ or a ‘yay!

A few days ago, I have a date with my mom, I arrange a hotel staycation (check it out here), a spa, and a burger brunch at Trinoma Mall.

Slammin’ Mini Burgers started in 2008 inspired from the movie “Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle” little as it may seem, Slammin’ aims to eventually become the number one mini burger concept in Asia.

And with most burger joints here serve burgers in solo sizes, sharing what you ordered could be a bit messy. This idea sparked the concept and they came up with a solution: serve two or three smaller-sized burgers per order!

Me and my mom visited Slammin’ Mini Burgers + Fries +Dips Trinoma Mall branch, located at the 2nd level, Food Choices. The burger joint could already make a bite against its competitors having a very bright and inducing store design.

I was told that The All American Slider was one of the best sellers, so I did order one. It can be serve in double for Php145 or triple at P215. The best selling dish has a very juicy beef patties, onion steam grilled to perfection topped with melted cheese and placed on a pillowy-soft-steamed buns.

I also tasted the ever-popular Bacon Mushroom Melt which can be ordered in double for P175 and triple for P255.

If you want to keep things simple you can also try the Slammin’ Cheese (P125, double/ P185, triple). All these burgers contain 100% all beef chuck patties.

Tasting all three without spending much is no hassle, try the get all three on one plate with the Slammin’ Trio (P250, or try the Farm (P215), which gives you a Slammin’ Cheese beef mini burger, beer-battered Go Fish! with Sour Cream, and Crispy Chicks with Barbecue Sauce.

You can also try this set:

Burgers wouldn’t be complete without the side dish! Add some Slammin’s Loaded Fries (P125), which is a large service of thick-cut fries covered with toppings. And by the way, I just love their dips! Yay for the dips!!!

Slammin’ Mini Burgers have also inventively make taking-away burgers by creating movie-friendly boxes and cones that can be enjoy on the go.

Overall, my mom and I enjoyed the brunch not just because we are sharing it together but as well as how ‘slammin’ it feels when you eat the burgers.

Again Yay for the dips! Two thumbs up for it! The menu could be seen simple and straightforward, but its a guarantee that every bite is indeed “Slammin”.
