I got a lot of memories of the ’90s, thou some I have missed and forgotten already, history will always make us remember.
From the channel that brought viewers the landmark series The '80s: The Decade That Made Us comes another remarkable television event that will remind us of a golden decade of technological, political and entertainment milestones.
Last September 18, NatGeo throws a party at Sm Aura, Samsung Hall, for the launch of The '90s: The Decade That Connected Us exclusively aired starting on the same date over National Geographic Channel (NGC). The 30-minutes 6 part-series feature the biggest news makers of the 1990's that shocked, wowed or changed the world and helped make it what it is today.
The 1990's saw a plethora of social and cultural events that rocked the world, including the popularity of grunge music, the advent of Viagra, remember the White House scandal, the eye-candy I-macs, and a lot more.
Celebrity storytellers includes Courtney Love, Arsenio Hall, Vanilla Ice, Jerry Springer, Tony Blair, Colin Powell, Connie Chung, and Dan Rather.
The '90s: The Decade that connected us will guide us as so we may better understand ourselves, our politics and our global culture in its current state.
