10 Amazing Discoveries to be Proud of at the 10th Global Pinoy Bazaar (Yabang Pinoy)

There is defintely alot of things that we Filipinos should be proud of. It’s not just Manny Pacquioa or Charice Pempengco or the popular beaches, or destinations or even the world  famous hospitality known to us by many.

When we talk about Filipino brands and products, definitely, Filipino’s are not being left on track, there is always something unique and new to offer from Filipino ingenuity.

That is why on my visit at the 10th Global Pinoy Bazaar hosted by Yabang Pinoy, I was amaze on how these Filipino genuinely created interesting products that we Filipino’s should definitely  be proud of.

Here are my 10 Amazing discoveries at the 10th Global Pinoy Bazaar (Yabang Pinoy)

1. Hodge Podge – If your enjoying cutesy stuff Hodge Podge would defeintely get your attention. Hodge Podge is one of the first One-Stop Shop for Bottlecap Accessories. 2. HandsLovesPapersPaper cut art creatively made and framed! Papercut Pieces are made by Ebony Paguia.

3. Wolfe + Huntr  – This was actually one of my favourite. Wolfe + Huntr is an apparel and accessories brand that are classy, clean and unconventional, specially if we talk about the details. They playfully created leather products thats are an eye-catcher to wear. It’s trendy and hand crafted and worth money to spend.

4. Harpoon (backpacks) – Drooling over this bags from Harpoon! Buying harpoon products will surely be a great addition to your wardrobe. The products are hand crafted and printed one at a time, produce is small batches and limited quantities, making the quality stand out upon the rest.

5. Sqooid – Hand carved stamps and prints are the main products of Sqooid. Each piece is made with the use of rubber sole and environmentally-friendly materials. You can actually send in your design if you want your stamp to be customised. Check out the contact details below.

6. Fledge Clothing – Express yourself through fashion with Fledge Clothing, with their Button Down collection that are perfectly suited for confident wearer.

7. The Four Strings – Yes! for music lovers, The Four String is a must to visit.  The Four Strings is the premier ukulele concept lounge to hit the Philippines. The Four String showcasing the finest local handcrafted ukuleles from all over the country. I just love how this Ukelele sounded, I hope to own one very soon!

8. The Quillist – Something artsy people would definitely appreciate! using paper, glue and a wide imagination, the craft junkie created characters that are fun and perfect for souvenirs, gifts, weddings or even an added attraction to your table. The Quillist also do seminars and sells starter kits for people who would want to learn the basic of paper crafting.

9. Siklo Pilipinas – Creativity at its finest! Siklo Pilipinas turned junk into something very useful!  Upcycled inner tube and tire bags turned into backpacks, belts and wallets. Thou a bit heavy than the usual, Siklo Bags are very durable, waterproof and most of all attractive.

10. Alunsina hand bound books – If your one of those who hoards notebooks, then head over to their sites and visit Alunsina Hand Bound Books. This Filipino indie craft business creates & sells coptic-bound books, hand bound leather journals & leather accessories perfect for you travel or even for day-to-day usage. The classy leather leather books cost around 450 to a thousand pesos, but would definitely last for a lifetime.


There is just something with this book that makes me want to own one, so i did.
