Recently, FILA held a meet and greet for all the supporters of the brand as well as their celebrity endorsers fronted by Bra-panese Model/Actor now base in the Philippines, Fabio Ide, flamboyant and ever beautiful host Ms. Tessa Prieto-Valdes, 2013 World Junior Championship fifth placer Filipino figure skater Michael Martinez and Philippine national rugby union team, also known as the “Volcanoes“.
I had a chance to witness the event at FILA Glorietta branch, and as expected it was a madhouse full of people but still FILA’s Royalty are eager to accommodate each and everyone who took there time to visit and have a picture taken with them.
Fans lined up creating a big crowd inside and outside the store. Celebrities willingly signed memorabilia’s from fans and took selfies as well. Even with the number of people, the handsome Fabio Ide can still be seen very considerate enough to meet fans even some do asked a favour to do multiple shots with him.
With the big crowd, the hot afternoon became even hotter with The Volcanoes, muscled with big body structure they could be somehow intimidating to others, but their welcoming smiles and eagerness to make people happy didn’t hinder fans to approached and have pictures taken with them.
I also spotted Ms. Chris Albert, Fila Philippine CEO, mingling with the crowd still having poise and style, humble enough to be hands-on appearing to this one of a kind occasion.

I had a great time meeting everyone and even chatting with some of them, these Royalties are really a good choice that uplift what FILA is all about, and off course I wouldn’t leave the store without checking some of items I’m eyeing to own pretty soon.
I love the Orange, Red and Hi-cut White and good thing is, with hi-end style FILA shoe- prices usually starts at a very low PHP 999 or even gets lower on Sale!
