✪ My Summer wouldn’t be complete without having a splash of water. Whether it be on the beach, a resort, could be a pool party or just a simple dipping could be refreshingly enough to beat the heat of sun.

A few weeks ago my older brother came back to the Philippines and decided to bring his whole family back and live in Singapore for good. Before finally leaving the Philippines, he invited the whole clan to have a small get together and have a wonderful time, specially the kids, at Splash Island.
This was my second time to visit the place, and it was actually a great choice just a few hours drive away from Manila and is cost efficient as well, instead of renting a private pool or driving all the way to the nearest beach.
It was a Tuesday morning when we visited, and were expecting that it wouldn’t be that crowded compared to weekends. ZALORA PH Mens Clothing
Located at Binan, Laguna, Splash Island Waterpark is considered as one of the largest water parks in the Philippines. Compose of 9 different park rides, it also got the longest slides in the country. Rides are scattered in the vicinity, they have provided maps for you to use as you enter the place. There are also lots of cabanas available and small airconditioned rooms which would be perfect for people who have babies. Currently they dont have an overnight-stay option so I guess availing the air-conditioned rooms wouldn’t so wise to do.
Park Rides are scheduled within the day, schedules can be seen on the boards scattered along the place. The main pool is called the Agos Grande which is a wave pool that is 6-feet deep on the farthest area. You can also try the kiddie playground called Water Wahoo which i actually enjoyed more.
Its advisable to bring water to drink as you roam around the place for it be scorching hot as the sun sets in the afternoon. I personally love the Magellan’s Drop which I did ride twice. I got a bonding moment with mom and dare her to try the Tausug Trail! It was fun and I guess she enjoyed it as much as I do.
Would love to try all the rides but unfortunately some of the park rides that I wanted to try had long line, so i rather just enjoy the rest of the day riding inflatables at the Balsa River.
Food and Drinks are prohibited upon entry but theres a big food stalls inside where you can have your lunch or mirienda if ever you get to be hungry.
It was a wonderful day! And will surely be back to this place if ever we decided again to. Hope they would have new exciting new rides in the future as well.
