✪ Have you ever wondered what’s goes behind the curtain of a fashion show? Tresemme had that on mind and given us a backstage pass and put up the first ever-backstage runway show here in the Philippines.
It’s the biggest fashion show ever with 200 models included! TRESemme’s 2014 Fashion Show had the biggest casting call with over 700 hopefuls from different parts of the country not just here in Manila but also in Pampanga, Cavite, Baguio, Cebu and Davao.
TRESemme’s 2014 Runway Ready Fashion Show was held in PICC tent last June 5 and took us backstage and featured the works of renowned professionals and TRESetters Victor Ortega, Lourd Ramos, and Jing Monis.
It was a night of fashion and glamour as guests walk in gorgeous blacks. The show was hosted by international host/supermodel Joey Mead-King and was divided into three styles: Street –Style, Ready-to-wear, and Haute Couture.
The first set highlights Victor Ortega messy plaits with street savvy brands from Store Specialists Inc. including Zara, Staridivarius, Massimo Dutti, Kenneth Cole, Kate Spade, and Marc by Marc Jacobs.
Next up was Lourd Ramos’ faux bobs, one-sided mermaid waves, and slick, center-parted ‘dos perfect for ready-to-wear. With winning looks from Mark Bumgarner, Charina Sarte, Cesar Gaupo, Jojie Loren, Pia Gladys Perey, Vania Romoff, Dennis Lustico, Gian Romano, Eric Delos Santos, and Lulu Tan Gan.
Lastly, Haute Couture finale, featuring the works of stylist-to-the-stars Jing Monis that highlights volumetric curls for fashion designers Albert Andrada, Jun Escario, Francis Libiran, Rajo Laurel, and Ezra Santos.
