This dish is just plain Crazy! (Liberty New York Steakhouse)

✪ I know this isnt a steak, but i just love their Crazy Garlic! for the record, I even went home having a take-away package because this is simply crazy!

I received an invitation to dine in to this newly opened restaurant called Liberty New York Steakhouse located at UP Town Center in Quezon City, though the place wasn’t that accessible enough to a lot of people, I am sure that sooner or later this place would be damn recognizable, especially knowing that Ayala Corporation is the one behind the construction of the place. This area could possibly be the newest hangout and food place here in the near future.

Looking at the restaurant outside, it already gave a cosy, hi-end vibe. Upon entering, you’ll find bits of art pieces (perhaps themed in the 80’s) that mixes with the chic and bright interiors. I actually love how the place is well lit. The couches are perfect for families and small barkada group, there are also long tables for bigger groups. Attendants or servers are dressed casually in white uniforms with suspenders. Definitely a casual, lay-back dining place.

Food

The food served was a bit overflowing on our table, they really made it sure that each of the guest would be satisfied and would have a chance to taste what they can offer. I have listed here some of the food that I would highly recommend when you visited Liberty New York Steakhouse!

Lets start with the appetizers. If you are a Spam lover, the Spam Fries is definitely a must try, most of the guys on the table loves this Spam Fries. I actually don’t know why we are all unanimous with this one. Spam Fries is serve with Cumin ketchup, Whiskey Mustard and Kimchi Mayo. It is cover with Tempura batter which if lessen enough this dish could be most likely perfect.

They also serve Buffalo Wings which could be appetizing enough to those people who have likings toward sweet and slightly spicy taste. Though you can actually request if you want it to be a little bit spicier.

Included also in the appetizer lists is the Doritos Nachos which has a Mango Cilantro Salsa, Chili con Carne, Jalapenos and Cheese Sauce on top. The serving is big enough for sharing among four to five people.

Lets go now to the Salads. Try the Chops Salad! what’s really nice about this dish is you could actually create your own combination to make every bite different from one another. One can mix together the following: Mesclun Greens, Tomato slices, Crispy Bacon bits, diced char-broiled chicken breast, slices of ripe mangoes, hard-boiled egg, feta cheese, and red wine vinaigrette.

One of the highlights for me on that table was the so called Crazy Garlic Rice! I just love this dish that I even took home an order just to have it eaten on the same evening. Its called Crazy Garlic for  having an overflowed Garlic and Beef chunks on it. If you love garlic that much do try this one on your visit.

Im not really a fan of steaks, but for those who love steaks try their Gaucho steak or even the CAB ribeye 21oz. Its really tasty. Here are the other dishes serve on our table;

For the desserts, I’d go for the the New York Cheesecake and the Dark Chocolate Cigars comes for 2nd place.
