✪ Here is another version of some of the thrifty finds I got on my shopping adventure.
I was passing by Makati Cinema Square one time just right after a visit at Doc. Sarah Barba‘s Clinica Figura. While waiting for my next event, I decided to roam around and have a visit to some vintage shops (as to what others called it to make it sosyal) in the area or what we all Filiponos know as Ukay-Ukay. Yup I do Ukay-Ukay or in short UK sometimes… or maybe a lot of times hahaha.
One UK shop that I spent most of my time there was the one located at the entrance of Makati Cinema Square in front of the parking area, near MC Donalds.
It was my first time to visit this UK shop, and I felt that the prices are a bit pricey starting from a 150 and up. Maybe the rental cost made an added cost to the prices of the clothes or maybe they got a better clothing line than the rest. Will see. I actually felt that the clothes are a bit pricey but upon checking on the clothes I guess this UK shop could be one of the UK shop you should be checking. They really got some nice clothes and a lot are signature clothes too.
After an hour, I saw myself buying a few, just enough for the extra money in my pocket. Heres a set that I bought there at the UK shop.
The top cost Php 150 while the printed walking shorts cost Php 200, and it was like a pefect pair. I wore this going to Puerto Galera at the recent Malasimbo Festival (Check out My Survival Tips to Malasimbo Festival) then I added some flare, I accessorise it with a green scarf, fedora hat, and wore a slip-on from World Balance.
The complete set only cost: Php 1150
Shirt (vintage shop) – Php 150
Shorts (vintage Shop) – Php 200
Green Scarf – Php 150
Fedora Hat (Folded and Hung)– Php 150
World Balance Slip on – Php 500
LookSmart Right? you can mix and match the set as well with other plain shirt to highlight the printed short. Just like here.
Until our next trip in the City!
