LookSmart: Less is More

✪ This would be my first article about my newly created portion here on my blog I called “LookSmart”. I do believe that looking good or being pleasant should or could not always be expensive. Style can also be achieved with not spending much in your hard-earned money. There should always be a way to mix and match your wardrobe and create a visibly nice looking you.

In this portion, I’ll do my best to give my readers some of the cool ideas to do, great places to shop, tips and mix and matching items with the aim to finally become a certified thrifty fashionista!

Look expensive?? Can you guess how much I’ve spent buying this set of outfit?

The total cost of this set is only Php 1, 580.00, Yup! Less the socks, the eyewear and the undies off course. The overall total was actually just as equivalent of buying a new button-down shirt from Topman, or a pair of Jeans from Mossimo or a dinner for two in a popular buffet. Great steal right?! but I know a lot of you can come up with a more affordable price.

The change of colour might be cause by the indoor lighting hehehe

What I really like about the outfit was the button down shirt Ive bought for only Php 200.00 in Mogao. Mogao is a retail brand that I think (to what the seller told me) imports clothes from Thailand. They got a wide variety of clothes for both men and women from shirts to even casual coats from a price less than Php 700. I really like the simplicity and the dotted prints of the shirt and also the very light material, which I think could be perfect if you do layering.

What Im wearing: Button Down from Mogao ; Pants from Heist Premium Label (People are People) ; Shoes from Milanos ; Eyewear from Sprinto ; Accessories from SM Accessories ; Hype this on Lookbook here.

Here’s the breakdown of Outfit prices:

*Heist Premium Label (People are People) – Php 500.00

*Milanos (SM Department Store) – Php 800.00

Mogao – Php 200.00

Accessory (SM Accessories) – Php 80.00

 *On-sale

Just remember on buying clothes, do get something that perfectly matches your skin color and something that when you wore would just fit in to your body type perfectly. Will be posting more tips really soon.

Btw thanks to my good friend Francis Miranda for this nice segment title. Iluvit! ヅ

Hi Chef Michelle Adrillana! thanks for the delicious pasta.

Have you visited Mogao Store? Do you have any additional tips? What brand do you usually visit in the mall?  Send me your thoughts about it!
