✪ Manny Pacquiao scored a unanimous decision to defeat WBO Welterweight Champion Timothy Bradley Saturday night (Sunday Morning in Philippines). Pacquiao regains his welterweight title and avenges his loss two years ago to Bradley.
Alaxan FR invited bloggers to witness a live telecast event of the most awaited fight between Pacquiao and Bradley at Outback Glorietta 4.
I took down notes some of the few highlights I’ve notice at the fight, one was at round 4 where Bradley advances with punches and one hitting directly Pacquiao’s face.
At round 6, Manny got the energy to corner Bradley at one side of the ring. This is also a moment where a camera shot was taken while Mommy Dionisia (Pacquiao) was seen praying or somehow doing a curse against Bradley.
On round 7, Bradley goes to the body and connects twice. The action gets furious again and Bradley lands a right to Pacquiao’s body that hurts him. Pacquiao gets Bradley on the ropes and unloads a multi-punch combination (kinda like Fernando Poe).
At round 10, Pacquiao had a nice left hand punch towards Bradley.
At round 12, Manny and Bradley both felt rushing, Manny again gets Bradley on the ropes and just unloads. Both fighters are going for it. Heres the full video of round 12.
At the end the judges had it 116-112, 116-112 and 118-110 in favor of Pacquiao.
It was Timothy Bradley’s first defeat with a current stats of 31-1, with 12 Kos. Pacquiao is 56-5 with 38 KOs. At the age of 35 Manny said that his journey in boxing will continue.
