Crosswinds Grand Quartier III Topping-off Ceremony

✪ Our trip started with a meetup from Makati and an hour and more of travelling going to Tagaytay…

We arrive at Crosswinds embracing the cold breezy weather of Tagaytay perfumed with 23,000 pine trees, Crosswinds resembles a Swiss Luxury resort located at one of the highest peak in Tagaytay.

parang fairytale 🙂

Crosswinds is a big place to stroll around and one would need a car to do it. Its a bit difficult to stroll by feet because of the steep terrain and distance of each establishments. To condition ourselves, we did a stopover at Crosswinds Coffee Shop just a few kilometers away from the main entrance. The place is actually great for pictorial and the windy weather is also perfect for a hot coffee. Upon your visit, you can also check out some of the items available at the gift shop. I also did try the famous Tagaytay horse back riding which tours me around the vicinity.

The people from Vista land tour us round the place and  presented to us their future plans for the Crosswinds project. At the main gate, Crosswinds  is planning to put up a big windmill to have that added Swiss-feel as one enters the place. There will be also different establishments like restaurants and coffee shop lining up near the entrance.

We also visited Delemont model unit, this is actually a perfect house for writers or people who wanted to be inspired from the place. The living room got a big window that overlooks at a nice Pine view.

Crosswinds also welcomes the commercial development of Alpine Village, an enclave modeled to look like a charming and laid-back European town. As the commercial hub of Crosswinds, it will be home to restaurants, gift shops and cafés, among others establishments, that residents, including their kids and guests, will enjoy. They will also get to experience pocket events such as musical performances as they stroll through the Alpine Village.

As part of the vision of making Crosswinds a more dynamic and vibrant community, Vista Land offers townhouse, house-and-lot, and lot-only options to prospective homeowners who imagine a lifestyle couched in the beauty of nature as well as the conveniences of modern-day living.

After our short 1st day tour, the invited media were given a chance to check- in at Grand Quartier 2. Before heading up for dinner.

On the 2nd day of our tour, after having our sumptuous breakfast,  it’s time to attend the main reason why we are here at Tagaytay, and that is to witness the topping-off ceremony to be led by Vista Land & Lifescapes chairman and former Senator Manny Villar for the Grand Quartier Tower 3.

Vista Land Chairman, Mr. Manny Villar is very proud about another development in Crosswinds – Grand Quartier Tower 3 and gives his signal that Grand Quartier Tower 3 Construction is now in Full Swing Some of the unit owners of Grand Quartier together with Crosswinds Project Head, Mr. Martin John Lim and Marketing Officer, Ms. Lea Bulatao.

Grand Quartier Tower III is an enclave of mid-rise condominiums nestled in a high peak of the development. Each of its one- or two-bedroom units has a balcony that opens to a breathtaking view of the Tagaytay landscape. With only eight residential levels and a floor dedicated to amenities that include an infinity pool, spa, gym, function room and coffee shop, the Grand Quartier espouses exclusivity, privacy and luxury to its residents.
