♣ OVERCOMING SUDDEN SADNESS ♣
✪ Well … I knew we all have those moments when you have that melancholic feelings or a sudden sadness on a casual day. Like all of sudden, out from nowhere you’ll feel that loneliness, clinging, starting to overcome your positivity.
This is actually what I felt on this day … vibrating all over my body while wearing my blue coloured polo shirt. Well I actually felt those moments a lot. I think its just normal for an individual to feel it and I know everyone could relate in to it.

That is why I listed some things that might be helpful in Overcoming that Sudden Sadness if ever you felt it coming. Here it is …
1. List everything in your life you are thankful for and be happy. Remember to always be thankful to what you are receiving, and think of the people who have less than what you have. In short, Contentment, period.
2. Communicate and try to be with good friends. It’s always helpful to talk to someone and communicate. It actually realeases stress specially if your around with people who generates positive energy.
3. Give someone a Hug! This is one of the things I love the most, hugging will make you feel that you belong, and make you feel that your not alone and most specially it’s free! So give a hug, you might be helping someone who is having a bad day.
4. Set realistic goals. Study your self and get involved with things you like to do. Always take things one step at a time and stop worrying about things that may never happen. (this is so me … lol!)
5. Do something new. Life is a bucket full of adventure, there are always new things you could try. Be an adventurerer to your own life!
6. If needed, Cry. Don’t be afraid to do this, I do cry, and it helps. Sometimes one can just be in his own comfort zone and feel the moment, and release that negative emotions in your heart. Don’t hesitate, God created tears not just for woman.
I hope these simple yet effective tips have can help you overcome that casual blues in your life! Spread love and good-vibes and always be thankful to our Creator for giving us a life worth living. Always remember we are the adventurer in our own stories!
